About the service
Best GBA Games is an independent editorial guide operated by Jie Yin from Singapore. Rankings, Editorial scores and recommendations are editorial judgments under the published methodology; they are not objective guarantees or official recommendations from Nintendo or a publisher.
Reading, accounts and voting
You may read and filter the site without an account. Google sign-in is required only to submit or change a vote. You agree to use an account you control, keep one current choice per game through the normal interface and avoid scripts, multiple accounts or other methods intended to manipulate results.
The site may reject, remove or exclude automated, duplicated or abusive votes. Community votes do not change Editorial scores or automatically reorder the Top 25.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or overload the service, bypass security or voting controls, obtain unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate the operator, reproduce substantial original editorial content as your own or use automation to manipulate voting. Normal search-engine indexing and ordinary sharing of page links are permitted.
ROMs and unauthorized copies
The site does not provide ROM files, pirated downloads or instructions for bypassing copyright protection. Do not use its contact or voting features to distribute or request unauthorized copies. References to cartridges, official services, collections, ports or remakes are informational and availability can change.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The site’s original writing, organization and title-card artwork are protected by applicable law. Game names, characters, logos, screenshots, box art and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement. Best GBA Games is not affiliated with Nintendo or any represented publisher, developer or trademark owner.
External links, corrections and availability
Third-party sites control their own content, availability, prices and privacy practices. The site aims to distinguish facts from editorial judgments and date-check changing information, but errors and later changes can occur. Report factual issues through the About page.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, external availability or that a recommendation will suit every user. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on recommendations or third-party links. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Children, changes and suspension
